The Social Science research network has a review of Leiter's text, a collection of essays entitled, Naturalizing Jurisprudence (Oxford University Press; 2007) and available for purchase @ Amazon.com.
The review is a critique of Leiter's book and also of the philosophical naturalism it advocates. Naturalism - the stance that we ought to look to nature and evolutionary biology when explaining causality of all phenomena - has been in vogue through the '80s and '90s and has been applied to moral topics and gender relations ad nauseum.
