Attorney Genson to Challenge Impeachment of Blagojevich

"The case is a fairytale;  the process a witch hunt.. . I know that it is much ado about nothing."At a press conference yesterday,  Edward Genson,  attorney for Rod Blagojevich,  beseiged Illinois Governor,  said he would challenge the impeachment panel.  In a manner that was subdued and slightly exasperated  -  indeed,  almost comical,  in an Ed Winn sort of fashion  -    Genson claimed that he was "not saying anything about politics",  and as a lawyer,  was only interested in showing that no laws had been broken by Blagojevich,  as alleged in the FBI tapes.
