It is interesting to me because one of my favorite books, The New Heartland, (unfortunately a book I borrowed from a local library several years ago, and cannot find publisher or author) had predicted this sort of trend toward local and organic foods, as part of the regionalism of America's new phase, which trends away from suburbia, and toward more rural and city reorganization.
