Obama to MidEast Arabs and Muslims: "U.S. is Not Your Enemy"

Arab world is cautiously optimistic as Obama speaks on pan-Arab satellite station al-Arabyia;  President speaks of forging former ties,  his Muslim roots,  and America "listening"  instead of "dictating".  "The US is not your enemy" said Obama.
