In a sign of the changing times, the Employee Free Choice Bill was introduced before the Senate. The EFC Act's provisions allow for employees to form a union by majority vote, and for various union arbitration. Certainly a radical reversal of the Reagen Era, as would be due in this time, for good or ill. The battle between business and labor begins now. . .
