Changing of the Guard: Obama Brings Era of Global War on Terror to its Close

Bringing the era of the global war on terror to a close,  Obama replaces it with "Overseas Contigency Operation"  :  It is clear that the W Bushy-Cheney years are over,  and a new era of diplomacy begins.  To the right,  this will look frightening and irresponsible;  to the left,   a welcome changing of the guard.  And for those of us in the middle,  it will represent Change:    for good or ill,  a movement forward,  and  into the fourth turning.
